The adaptive reuse of this historic bank building is also the public icon marking the rejuvenation of this urban core residential district.  Careful consideration to scale, finish and proportion is made in order to integrate contemporary lighting elements with the interior furnishings of the historic lobby, preserving the pristine original state of the ornate plaster ceiling.  The new addition has a simple clean aesthetic, complimenting the elaborate historic ornamentation and utilizes contemporary light source technologies maximizing energy efficiency.
